We left home about 8:45 this morning for dental appointments in Los Algodones. Larry had a 9:30 appointment with the Endondontist and I had a 10:00 with Dr. Garcia, the Periodontist for a cleaning. I love the way he cleans my teeth and charges me $45. I pay $160 to see Dr. Cusack in Peoria and his hygienist does a terrible job on my cleanings. Dr. Garcia does an ultrasonic cleaning and my teeth feel wonderful when done.

I walked down for my appointment and arrived about 9:55. Dr. Garcia was not even in the office yet but the office gals where there and I told them I was there for appointment. I sat for more than an hour before he showed up. This is one thing I do not like about seeing him as he seems to always be late coming in when I have a morning appointment. He does teach at one of the colleges so I cut him a little slack because of that. He did a wonderful job again on my teeth again so was worth the wait.

I walked back to Dr. Gaspar's to see if Larry was finished. The office girl told me he had already left to go to  Dr. Castro's. Dr. Gaspar placed a post in his tooth and Dr. Juan(who works for Dr. Castro) is going to prepare the tooth for a crown today. I walked over to meet him and when he was finished we went to have a beer and sandwich at the bar where Pepe entertains. Brenda our favorite waitress waited on us. We had our sandwich and a couple of Pacifico beers and listened to the music for an hour or so. When we went to get in line for the border it was getting quite long. I think we waited almost an hour to get out of Mexico.

We headed home and turned on the air conditioner. It gets so hot in the afternoons we normally run the air for about an hour or more just to cool down and then when the sun starts going down it cools down considerably.

I have been so bored with writing my blog this year. Don't know why I seem to no longer enjoy it and have skipped several days to the point I can't remember what has been going on by the time I make myself sit down to write. So for anyone reading this I apologize for the boredom.
