Had our morning walk again this morning. Came home and was so hot I had to shower right away. Larry ran to the store to pick up some items and I worked on my paintings again for awhile.

This afternoon, Judy, Jan and Ken came over to a drink and about 45 minutes later, Dan and Wanda stopped by. Larry and Ken walked over to Ken's place to get more chairs for everyone to set. We only have 5 chairs so we had a very full patio with everyone here. We had a nice time talking and having a few drinks. The Jackson's left and Dan and Wanda told us about a place just up the road where they wanted to go to play miniature golf. They asked if we'd like to go tomorrow and have lunch after.

We walked this morning and when we got home Dan called to find out if we still wanted to go golfing. He said they would pick us up around 11:15. We both got our shower and waited for Dan and Wanda.

When we arrived at the place Dan had told us about, I couldn't believe how huge it was. We had seen it from the highway many times but didn't really know what it was. It is a big waterpark where they have lots of waterslides, bumper boats, 2 miniature golf courses and also go carts. The inside is huge and they have arcades on one side and a big bar and restaurant on the other. We had such a good time playing miniature golf and found the course to be pretty challenging. Each of us had a hole in one during the 18 holes but on my part was strictly luck. When we finished playing we went into the restaurant and all ordered beer and lunch. Larry had fish, which was not so great, Dan had spaghetti and Wanda and I had fish tacos. Dan liked his spaghetti and Wanda had never had a fish taco so she thought it was pretty good. I was not real impressed with my fish taco but Larry and I have had them from another place in Yuma where they were wonderful. All in all our meals were fine and pretty reasonably priced. We came back to our place and had another beer before they left. I was so wiped out from the sun, food and beer I just wanted to get cooled down and relax. I have been fighting either sinus or a cold now for the past 3 days so haven't felt the best.
